Project Description

Procter & Gamble (P&G) is a renowned multinational corporation owning numerous familiar consumer brands. The office fit-out project in Binh Duong was designed to deliver a dynamic, flexible, and inspiring workspace. VIETTOP Construction was trusted to execute the entire interior fit-out and MEP systems, contributing to the creation of a world-class working environment that enhances productivity and well-being for P&G employees.

Project Requirements

• Global Space Standards: All design elements, color schemes, and materials had to strictly adhere to P&G’s brand identity and global Agile Workspace standards.
• High Aesthetics & Comfort: Required excellent acoustic treatment for meeting rooms. Glass partitions, ceilings, and carpets had to be installed with absolute flatness and synchronization.
• Smart MEP Integration: The HVAC, eye-friendly lighting, and IT infrastructure had to be routed neatly, safely, and aesthetically.
• Green & Safe Materials (EHS): Prioritized eco-friendly and low-VOC materials. Construction activities had to strictly comply with occupational safety procedures without disrupting adjacent operations.

Approach & Methodology

• Rigorous Mock-up Process: The VIETTOP team submitted and created detailed mock-ups for every material (from paint colors and glass joints to wood textures) for the Client’s visual evaluation before mass production and installation.
• Flexible Schedule Management: Tasks generating noise or dust were proactively scheduled for night shifts or weekends. We ensured smooth coordination among carpentry, finishing, and MEP teams to optimize site time.
• Micro Quality Control (QA/QC): Closely supervised the sharpness of every silicone joint, furniture edge, and finishing surface to ensure a premium standard space.
