Project Description
Located along the beautiful Ho Tram – Binh Chau coastal road, Venezia Beach Resort is an international-class commercial, entertainment and resort complex. Within it, the Sales Gallery (Operations Office – Show Village) and the landscape infrastructure serve as the pioneering “face” of the project, directly welcoming VIP investors and creating their first impression. Having won this construction package, VIETTOP Construction took on the responsibility of realizing a luxurious architectural space imbued with the spirit of Italian art, while also establishing a solid foundational infrastructure system for the entire mega-project.
Project Requirements
- 5-star aesthetic standards: The Sales Gallery demands an extremely refined level of finish. Interior and exterior details, lighting systems and cladding materials must exude luxury, befitting the project’s branded real estate positioning.
- Adaptation to the marine environment: The particular climate at Ho Tram requires construction materials, coatings and mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems that resist corrosion and withstand salt air and strong sea winds.
- Cohesive landscape infrastructure: The accompanying infrastructure package (walkways, landscape lighting, water supply and drainage, greenery) must be skillfully built and blend perfectly with the architecture of the Sales Gallery.
- Schedule driven by sales needs: The project had to be delivered at express speed to promptly support the Client’s sales launch campaigns and key media events.
Our Approach
- Setting strict material standards: The VIETTOP team screened, submitted and produced mock-ups of specialized marine-corrosion-resistant materials multiple times before putting them into full-scale construction.
- Fast-track construction & multi-disciplinary coordination: Work fronts were run in parallel: exterior infrastructure, and structural completion and interior fit-out inside the Sales Gallery. Teams cross-supervised one another to prevent spatial conflicts.
- Artisans & skilled craftsmen: A highly skilled workforce experienced in hotel/resort projects was mobilized to handle moldings, natural stone cladding and large-format glass installation with absolute precision.

- Creating an architectural icon: Completed and successfully handed over in 2024, the Sales Gallery became a brilliant highlight of the Ho Tram area, contributing significantly to the success of the project’s launch events.
- Crispness beyond expectations: The building’s surfaces achieved maximum flatness, gloss and refinement. The interior blends harmoniously with the outdoor landscape, creating a complete visual and emotional experience for visitors.
