As part of the development of the Aurora Residences high-end apartment project by the developer DRH Corp in Ho Chi Minh City, the Sales Gallery (show unit area) serves as the “representative face” that welcomes customers and investors. It is a real-life experience space that helps customers clearly picture their future home. Having won the construction contract for this project, VIETTOP Construction continues to affirm its strength in creating real estate spaces that demand high aesthetics and crisp precision down to every detail.

Project Requirements

Aesthetics and crispness: The sales gallery showcases the quality of the entire project. Every detail, from ceilings, walls and floors to the fit-out interior items (wood, glass, metal), must match the 3D design drawings with absolute precision.
Fast-track schedule: The project required an extremely short construction time so that the Client could hold its sales events and media campaigns on plan.
Flawless lighting system: Demanding requirements for electrical works and artistic lighting to enhance the beauty of the project model, the apartment model and the premium interior materials.

Our Approach

Micro-level schedule management: A detailed schedule was drawn up for every day and every shift. Overtime construction was organized continuously, with smooth coordination among subcontractors (MEP, interior, landscape) to optimize time on site.
Rigorous material approval: VIETTOP’s engineers worked closely with DRH Corp’s management and the design consultant to submit and carefully review material mock-ups before full-scale installation, ensuring the correct color tone and material feel.
Highly skilled craftsmanship: A skilled workforce experienced in hotels and high-end show units was mobilized to handle edges, moldings and material joints with the utmost refinement.
