As for administration, Viettop was certified by Tax subdivision of district 10 for its fulfilling all related duties during operation.

In 10/2009

Viettop was established, specialized in civil and industrial construction : Design & Build

In 2010

Viettop focused on civil construction projects of private facilities, villas, apartments….

In 2011

Viettop mainly involved in Industrial construction projects with target customers were foreign enterprises having factories in Vietnam such as Proter & Gamble (P&G), Nestle, Kimberly Clark, Saint Gobain Vietnam, Intel…

In 2017

Viettop expanded its business activities to execute projects in real estate, recreational & hospitality sectors, such as Sales Gallery Aurora Residences, Infrastructure for Central Garden Residences, Sales Gallery Venezia Beach – Lac Viet Ho Tram, Metro Valley Residences in district 9…

In 2018

Viettop became construction partner of Seven System Vietnam, to execute project of developing convinience store chain of 7-Eleven.

In 2021

We have continued to focus on construction activities for customers in Industrial, Real estates and Retail sectors.
